Created a Python Library to Convert Freehand Annotations to Rectangles

Taking freehand annotations created as shown below as input,

they are converted to rectangular annotations as follows.

The “Tanaka Yoshio Hakubutsugaku Collection” (held by the University of Tokyo General Library) is used.
